Fetch Focus Flourish provides dog training and behavior consulting in Whatcom County, Washington. This page explains the use of my website and educational materials, along with how I collect, use, and share information when you contact me or work with me.

1. Agreement to Terms

These terms explain the use of the Fetch Focus Flourish website and its educational materials. Please read them along with the Privacy Policy below.

Training services are also subject to the client agreement and booking policies provided for your review and acceptance before enrollment. These website terms do not replace that agreement.

2. Acceptable Use

Please use this website only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to access restricted information, interfere with the website’s operation, introduce harmful software, or misuse its forms.

When submitting an inquiry, provide accurate information relevant to your request. Please avoid including unnecessary personal information about other people.

3. Intellectual Property

Original text, photographs, videos, logos, and educational materials on this website belong to Fetch Focus Flourish or are used with permission. Any third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

You may use resources made available to you for your own learning and training with your dog. Unless expressly permitted, please obtain written permission before copying, distributing, selling, or adapting these materials for public or commercial use. This does not restrict uses permitted by applicable law.

4. Products & Services

Fetch Focus Flourish offers dog training and behavior consulting, including private training, semi-private reactivity lessons, and group classes. Participation depends on service availability and whether the format is appropriate for your dog’s needs.

Services, prices, and availability may change. Changes to website listings do not, by themselves, alter the terms of services you have already purchased.

5. Payments

The price, payment schedule, and any applicable fees for your selected service will be provided before you purchase or enroll. Your client agreement and booking information explain the payment requirements for that service.

Payments are handled through the designated payment process. Please do not send payment-card details by email or include them in training forms.

6. Refund Policy

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms are provided in the client agreement and booking policies before you purchase a service. Please review those policies before enrolling.

For questions about a cancellation or refund, contact sara@fetchfocustraining.com. Nothing in these website terms limits any refund rights you may have under applicable law.

7. No Guarantees

Every dog and household is different. Progress depends on factors including your dog’s health, history, environment, learning needs, and opportunities to practice.

I do not guarantee a particular outcome or that a behavior concern will be resolved within a specific number of lessons. Testimonials and training examples describe individual experiences, not promised results.

8. Liability

Website content and educational resources provide general information, not an individual assessment or veterinary advice. Guidance that is appropriate for one dog may not be appropriate for another, particularly when fear, aggression, or bite risk is involved.

Please seek individualized support before applying advice to a potentially unsafe situation. Responsibilities and risks associated with participating in training are addressed separately in your client agreement. These website terms do not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Third-Party Links

This website may link to external resources and platforms used for inquiries, scheduling, payments, or client records. Those services have their own terms and privacy notices.

I do not control the content or operation of external websites. Please review their notices before submitting personal information or making a payment. My handling of your information is explained in the Privacy Policy below.
