You’re Not Alone.

You love your dog. Life with them just feels harder than you expected.

If walks feel tense, guests feel stressful, or your dog has a hard time recovering after big feelings — you are not failing. Many dogs simply need more support, more clarity, and a plan that fits real life.

At Fetch Focus Flourish, I help reactive, fearful, and sensitive dogs build calmer, more confident behavior through force-free training and behavior support here in Whatcom County.

Is This Your Dog?

You may be in the right place if your dog struggles with:

Barking, lunging, or freezing around dogs or people
Difficulty settling after stressful events
Pulling, scanning, or staying on edge during walks
Overwhelm around visitors, the vet, or grooming
Fear of new places, sounds, handling, or change
Other behavior challenges that need a thoughtful, customized plan

How We Can Help

Support should fit your dog, your goals, and your real life. Every journey starts with an assessment — then we place your dog in the path that actually fits their needs.

You don't choose the program. Based on what we learn about your dog's history, triggers, and behavior, I recommend the path that gives them the best chance at real, lasting progress.

1. Start With an Assessment

Every client begins here. A thorough look at your dog's history, triggers, and behavior patterns — plus a personalized, written plan and the right path forward.

2. Walk & Train Track

I do the training, in the real-world places where your dog actually struggles — from everyday reactivity to complex, moderate-to-severe cases. Sessions blend structured behavior work with decompression and Sniffari-style enrichment, helping your dog slow down, feel safe, and build confidence where it counts.

3. Behavior Consultation Track

Expert coaching and a customized behavior plan for fear, anxiety, resource guarding, and household or inter-dog challenges. I guide you, and you implement the plan with my full support.

Support should feel practical, compassionate, and effective in real life.

Still have questions?

Here are a few quick answers to common questions from dog guardians looking for behavior support.

Do you only work with reactive dogs?

Reactivity, fear, and anxiety are my specialty, but I work with a wide range of behavior challenges. If your dog needs a thoughtful, customized plan, there's a good chance I can help. The best way to find out is a free discovery call.

How do I know which service is right for my dog?

You don't have to figure that out on your own; that's my job. Every client starts with an assessment, and from there I recommend the path that fits your dog's actual needs, whether that's trainer-handled Walk & Train sessions, a Behavior Consultation plan, or both.

What training methods do you use?

My work is force-free, science-based, and focused on practical progress in real life. I do not use intimidation, punishment, or pain-based tools — no prong collars, e-collars, or fear-based techniques.
